What is the recommended tip amount?
We suggest a tip of $10-40 USD per person at the end of the tour, based on your satisfaction level. This direct recognition helps our guides continue providing exceptional service.
Is advance payment required?
No. You only pay after completing the service. We don't require deposits or upfront payments.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time at no cost. We don't charge cancellation fees.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
We don't require a minimum number of attendees. However, we limit groups to 12 people maximum to ensure a personalized, quality experience.
Do children count as participants?
Children under 12 years old don't count toward group size. They're welcome without affecting the tour capacity.
Who is this tour for?
Our tours require some physical mobility. If you have special needs or reduced mobility, contact us so we can work together to find the best adapted alternative for you.
